How to Prepare

Ingredients:

• 27g (2 tablespoons of MOUK pancake premix)
• 1 Egg
• 55ml of Milk

Preparation:

1. Heat the pan over medium heat.
2. Mix the three ingredients and whisk by hand for 3 minutes, until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
3. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 90 seconds on each side.

Vegan Option : replace milk with water and egg with egg substitute.
