Shipping policy
Costa Rica (national)
Currently the cost of all our shipments within Costa Rica are included in the price of the products for orders equal to or greater than 10,000 colones and are made through Correos de Costa Rica.
Shipments are processed and made within 1-3 business days after receiving the purchase order.
Shipping duration is 1 day after the order is processed.
USA
We currently ship within the United States. Contact us at info@moukcr.com to receive a quote. Shipments to the United States with a cost of less than $800 USD DO NOT pay taxes.
Additionally, you can find our products in the Amazon store in the United States.
International
We ship internationally to the rest of the world through DHL. Contact us to place your international order through our contact page or WhatsApp +506 8705-4576.
The amount includes the products in the order plus shipping costs. These shipping costs DO NOT include taxes or any other type of customs fee from the destination country. Please check locally with government offices and/or customs to confirm any type of nationalization costs.

- Central America and Miami: 2 days
- South America and North America: 3 days
- Europe: 4 days
- Asia: 5 days
- Rest of the world: 6 days
